❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Common questions about Netcup vouchers, coupon terms, and server provisioning:
Which Netcup products can I purchase with the €5 Cart Voucher?
▾
The €5 Cart Value voucher can be redeemed on any new product order at netcup.com or netcup.de, including all Root Servers (RS G12.5), Cloud VPS (G12.5), Webhosting plans, domains, and managed services.
Can existing customers use this €5 cart voucher?
▾
The €5 cart voucher is designated primarily for first-time customer registrations and new customer numbers (Kundennummer). Existing customers can redeem product-specific vouchers (such as RS 1000 2 Months Free or VPS 1 Month Free) on new server contracts.
How is the €5 discount calculated at 0% VAT?
▾
The entire €5 deduction applies directly to the net shopping cart total before taxes. Customers qualifying for 0% VAT (non-EU and EU B2B with VAT ID) receive the full €5 net deduction directly.
How do I apply the €5 voucher code during Netcup checkout?
▾
Add your desired server, hosting, or domain product to your shopping cart on netcup.com or netcup.de. Paste the €5 code into the 'Voucher / Gutschein' input and click Apply to instantly deduct €5.00.
How do I redeem this voucher code on Netcup? (Wie löse ich den Gutscheincode ein?)
▾
For specific server and hosting vouchers, the coupon code represents the complete package itself! You do NOT need to select a plan beforehand. Simply visit an empty shopping cart at https://www.netcup.com/en/checkout/cart (or click our 1-click direct link), paste the code into the "Voucher / Gutschein" field, and Netcup will automatically load this server plan into your cart with your free billing months applied.
What if Netcup shows "Unfortunately, the voucher may not be redeemed one more time"?
▾
Netcup locks coupon codes in temporary browser session cookies if an order attempt is interrupted. To fix this, empty your cart at https://www.netcup.com/en/checkout/cart, clear cookies or open an incognito window, and apply the code again.
Does this plan include a money-back guarantee and 0% VAT pricing?
▾
Yes. All standard Netcup plans come with an unconditional 31-day money-back guarantee. Furthermore, all prices on netcup.vip are benchmarked at 0% VAT baseline for non-EU and business customers.
